Duties and responsibilities The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons Operate CNC machines while maintaining blueprint specifications With assistance from the Team Lead or Supervisor, verify tolerances by performing inspection Report any variances to the supervisor Pack finished product Maintain a clean work environment Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations Use all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and instructed
Qualifications and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Enthusiastic to learn the trade of CNC machining
Comfort level working around machinery in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet quality and productivity standards
Basic computer skills, intermediate knowledge of Excel
Basic knowledge of measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, etc.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English
Basic ability to read blueprints
Must be able to meet quality and entry level productivity standards
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work as a part of a team
