Crown Staffing is currently seeking multiple Assemblers to fill openings in Cincinnati, OH.
Requirements of the Assemblers:
- Has basic math skills (e.g., add, subtract, multiple, divide)
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions.
- Must be able to work overtime, when required.
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat and move for entire shift with breaks
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Shifts Available For the Assemblers
- 1st shift:6am - 4:30pm
- 3rd shift:
Responsibilities of the Assemblers
- Reads and comprehends Bill of Materials (BoM) to gather parts, equipment, and tools
- Uses hand and air tools to build assemblies/subassemblies of moderate complexity and completes other tasks using manual dexterity
- Completes assigned product assemblies to acceptable quality specifications
- Performs quality checks by inspecting and testing all products to ensure they meet customer requirements
- Performs all tasks in accordance with standard safety procedures and maintains a clean work environment
- Reports any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts to Production Leadership
- Assists with operational logistics including: basic planning, inventory control, and packing
- May work in the supermarket- pulling manufacturing orders for work centers according to their scheduling
- Other tasks as assigned by management
