Crown Staffing is currently seeking multiple Direct Caregivers to fill multiple openings located in Wilmington, OH.
Requirements of the Direct Caregiver
- Drug Test
- Background Check
- Driver’s License
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- High School Diploma or GED

Shifts Available to the Direct Caregiver
- Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Responsibilities of the Direct Caregiver
- Assist each individual in the performance of active daily living. Dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, mobility, etc.
- Ensure activity for each individual
- Follow each individual as written in their plan of care
- Ensure all programs and activities are documented properly
- Assist individuals with walking, transfers, and transport
- Require to transport individuals via vehicle while on duty with Ohio drivers license with less than 6 points
- Maintain clean and sanitary environment
- Use all universal precautions
