Job Description

The Marketing and Customer Service Associate will provide excellent service and support to anyone contacting the company through our customer service points of contact; whether that be an end consumer or an Account customer. The position focuses on quick, resolution-oriented responses, with an overall goal of creating happy and long term customer relationships through superior service. The Marketing and Customer Service Associate will assist in answering a heavy volume of phone calls and emails, shipment of spare parts and samples, running reports, processing orders and data entry.

The Marketing and Customer Service Associate is expected to have a great phone and email presence, with a passion for providing the highest level of customer service possible. A customer can be defined as an end-consumer and/or an account (retailer buyer) customer. Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Answering heavy volume of phone calls
  • Managing customer service email
  • Finding resolutions to customer service issues
  • Maintaining customer service frequently asked questions
  • Maintaining customer service log; daily documentation and record keeping of inquires
  • Monthly preparation of customer service and damages report to communicate compiled issues and areas
  • of improvement
  • Ongoing communication with sourcing and marketing departments to identify common issues and
  • opportunities for product improvement, and/or packaging and instructions improvement
  • Manage fulfillment of warranty shipments to customers. Request Samples from warehouse, print
  • shipping labels, ship products and spare parts, and track packages.
  • Manage manual order processing on select accounts
  • Manage weekly line cancel reports
  • Manage new items report
  • Provide support to marketing and sales as needed; including sale sheets, samples, item setups
  • In charge of all samples requests (including packing and shipping)

Job Requirements


  • Fully Bilingual - English and Spanish - and capable of writing in both languages
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening

  • Organizational skills to handle high volume of detailed information in a fast-paced environment
