Job Description

Crown Staffing is searching for an Office Administrator for a Printing Company in Kansas City, MO. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overall office activities. Such as Accounting, Payroll, and Human Resources. This is a Monday-Friday position.


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and payroll
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Experience with Paychex or similar payroll provider
  • Experience with ERP systems, e.g., Cyprious Control, PrintIQ, SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Organization skills
  • Comfortable with fast paced environemnt

Job Requirements

  • Process payroll, manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, conduct bank reconciliations and work with CPA on quarterly and year end financials.¬†
  • Maintain office license, vehicle licenses, memberships, certifications, as well as all insurances.
  • Handle all HR tasks such as new hire reporting and government forms, maintain employee records, employee benefits and maintaining adherence to office handbook.
  • Prepare and execute contracts, change orders, fee proposals and invoices.
  • Produce reports including but not limited to sales, cash flow/income projection, expenses, accounts receivable, project hours vs. fee, actual project costs and employee PTO usage.
  • Maintain key banking relationships.
  • Manage deposits and Accounts receivable
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Responsible for managing credit card accounts
  • Support Inside Sales team with billing and ERP system configuration
  • Support ERP system purchase order implementation¬†
