Job Description

  • General office and clerical duties including answering phones, providing customer service, filing, ordering office supplies/maintaining supply inventory, preparing application/information packets
  • Staffing open positions including processing applications, interviewing applicants, administering testing, placing outgoing calls to employees, E-Verify employment eligibility, and processing background and drug screening checks
  • Processing payroll including administering wage garnishments, requesting replacement checks, obtaining timecards from clients, and sorting/stuffing checks for delivery
  • Employment tracking including keeping record of job refusals, and documenting all communication with clients and employees in the Crown Placement System (CPS)
  • Administering BWC and unemployment programs
  • Generating leads for new clients by conducting marketing and survey calls to potential clients

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required; college degree is not required, but preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer services experience in an office environment
  • Must be proficient in email, internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
  • Payroll and/or previous staffing experience is preferred
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills
