Job Requirements


Job Duties:


Works closely with the Shift Supervisor to ensure jobs on the production lines are running smoothly and efficiently.

Monitor Production lines by working with Line Leads, providing support to them as needed.

Working with QC, Validate production lines are set up with the required material for jobs.

Coordinates with Material Handlers on the placement of raw goods on the production lines, as well as removing finished goods from all production lines.

Ensures pallet control labels are filled out with required information (special focus on alcohol jobs) and turned in per established processes.

Strong ability to solve problems and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment while keeping the Shift supervisor informed.

Review "Job Jackets" for completeness, The required paperwork associated with each job is available to run a job and retained upon completion of jobs.

Coordinates with Project Managers to resolve issues with parts and counts on raw goods.

Takes an active role in ensuring 5S is being practiced throughout the Plant.

Maintains a Lean mindset by identifying opportunities to remove waste in the production process.

Provide training to new Production Associates and closely monitor them for consistent development.

Assist Shift Supervisor and the Human Resources department to ensure completion of competency evaluations for each employee within 90 days of start date.

May be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Plant Manager.

Ability to fill in for Shift Supervisor when absent (with assistance from Plant Manager and/or Lead Material Handler).
