Requirements of the Production Worker:
- Entry-level Production Worker
- Must be able to stand in one spot for extended periods of time
- Must be able to count, read, and write
- Must be able to do heavy lifting on their own
- Must be able to work overtime
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment or equivalent job related training preferred but not required
- Excellent attendance
- Attention to detail
- Effectively solve conflict in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to work and make decisions independently
- 12 panel DT required
- Steel toed shoes/boots
- Dress Code-Jeans(small holes acceptable), t-shirts, no sleeveless shirts and nothing offensive, nothing they don't want to get ruined
Responsibilities of the Production Worker:
- Will be blanking metal (blanks sheets, rolls, tubes)
- Assisting on presses that blank parts
- Handling steel
- Collecting off slitting machine and stacking
- Will be learning all roles of the facility during the period before hire on so they can bid on a position once eligible to go perm with client
