Crown Services is currently hiring for a full time Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator in St. Peters, MO. Job Requirements

Job Duties May Include:

  • Greet applicants/visitors and walk them through the onboarding process

  • Answer phones & direct calls or handle customers/field associates requests

  • Complete on site checks-in and pre-orientations as needed

  • Interview candidates and conduct pre-screening processes which may include drug-testing, requesting backgrounds checks, E-Verify, etc...

  • Fill job order requests with selected candidates and communicate with clients regarding the status of their request

  • Follow-up with clients to check on our field-associates/further customer service

  • Follow-up with Field Associates to confirm timesheets and receive feedback on assignments

  • Maintenance of field associates’ files both electronically and hard copies

  • Utilize multiple job boards and social media sites for recruiting purposes, including job posts, resume searches, etc..

  • Perform job fairs and other recruiting events as needed

  • Create recruitment flyers and job postings on various job boards/social media

  • Conduct job site visits as needed

This position may require minimal travel between local Crown offices and client sites.

Crown Services offers PTO, performance bonuses, holiday pay, health insurance, life insurance and a 401k. Compensation depends on experience. Crown's team of coordinators, sales and management work together closely to create the best matches of employee and Client.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Two or more years of customer service experience preferred

Previous experience recruiting preferred, specifically focused on social media recruiting

Excellent written and oral communication skills

A team player mentality is essential for our success

Proficient computer skills needed, familiar with Google Suites or Microsoft Office

A background and drug screening will be conducted prior to start

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15/hr-$17/hr
