Registered Nurse in New Albany, Indiana at Crown Staffing

Job Requirements

• As an RN you can expect to:
• Utilize comprehensive evidence-based nursing care (85%)
•  Follow compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines of federal and state programs
•  Critically analyze research and experiential evidence.
• Apply evidence, professional standards, and best practices to bedside caregiving
• Have ongoing communication with physicians and other departments 
• Conduct effective hourly patient rounding
• Assist the nurse managers in decisions regarding nursing care 

Requirements for an RN position:

Diploma RN

An associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Graduate of approved nursing program

Current Indiana RN License

BLS for Healthcare Providers from AHA, ARC, or AHSI required

PALS/PEARS & ACLS from AHA, ARC, or AHSI in areas where required –within 12 months of hire
