Crown Staffing is currently seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to fill an opening with a company located in Lebanon, OH.
Requirements of the Senior HVAC Technician
- Background
- Drug Screen
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- EPA
- Holding an EPA 608 Certificate is a plus.
- Plumbing and hydraulic theory and practical experience.
- Troubleshooting of HVAC systems, applying plumbing and electrical experience.
- Attention to detail in manufacturing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Flexibility to perform any and all functions in the shop is a plus.

Shift Available to the Senior HVAC Technician
- Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Responsibilities of the HVAC Technician
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, and heating.
- Proficient in reading schematics.
- Communicate well with customers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites.
- Communicate well with team members and fellow employees.
