Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities of the Shipping/Receiving Associate:
Light Administrative Duties.
Order Processing: Process incoming orders, verifying their accuracy and completeness before preparing them for shipment.
Packaging: Properly package items to ensure safe transportation and prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Documentation: Prepare shipping documents, including labels, packing slips, and invoices, adhering to relevant regulations and requirements.
Carrier Selection: Choose appropriate shipping carriers based on cost, delivery speed, and destination, while negotiating favorable rates when possible.
Tracking and Tracing: Monitor shipments throughout the delivery process, providing updates and resolving any potential issues or delays.
