Supply Chain Clerk in Cicero, IL at Crown Staffing

Job Description

Our client is a refiner, transporter and marketer of fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals and other industrial products. They are looking for a Supply Chain Clerk for their site in Cicero, IL.

This is a long term possible temp to perm opportunity. First shift, 7am-3:30pm w/ some overtime possible. Pay will be based on experience but can range $19-$20/hour.

This role will involve mostly material handling but will include some office work as well. You will be responsible for entering and processing orders, labeling packages, lifting 30-40 lb. boxes and putting them on 7 ft shelves

Additional duties can include:
-Maintain inventory accuracy by ordering, monitoring, and receiving into inventory various raw materials, which include, but not limited to, additives, base oils, labels, cartons, bottles, caps, pails, kegs, drums and totes.
-Responsible for processing the initial paperwork for inbound tank trucks and freight cars.
-Maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment
-Reviews inventories on a daily basis to assure that all raw material inventories are stocked appropriately.
-Confirms with suppliers receipt of purchase orders and delivery dates.
-Properly packaging, marking, labeling and processing of all materials
