Crown Services on Dixie Hwy is excited to accept applications for a Boiler Room Operator in South Louisville! This full time, temp with intent to hire career opportunity is on 3rd shift, and is available immediately!

 1:00pm-7:00am Rotating 5-day a week schedule, will work weekends

Pay is $13 per hour

As a Boiler Room Operator, you can expect to:
1. Assist with the operation of boilers and monitor boiler pressure, water
temperature, and water level
2. Do routine checks on the equipment, making adjustments as necessary to maintain
operation of the boilers and related equipment, and to perform preventative
maintenance.
3. Perform regular (every 30 minutes) inspections of the boiler, related equipment, and
building. reporting anything unusual to the Boiler Room Supervisor.
4. Aid and answer emergency calls related to other skilled trade areas.
5. If repairs are beyond the scope of incumbent, they will contact and assist outside
contractors as deemed necessary by supervisor.
6. Schedules work so to least interfere with the individuals that live here.
7. Responsible for keeping all parts and tools in possession till work is completed.
8. Perform general cleaning of the boiler room and grounds surrounding the boiler room/laundry building.
9. Assist in other shops and perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.
10. Learn and follow all policies and procedures.

Implements infection control procedures. Employee must follow all safety rules and
regulations. Complies with the required TB testing in a timely manner. Maintains a
clean and safe work environment, this includes both the maintenance shops and the
work area at the facility where work is performed.
