The Crown Services, Inc. Corporate office is looking for a Business Development Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating the development of new accounts within the Crown Services footprint. This person would also be responsible for scheduling sales appointments for the Sales Director and CEO to meet with prospective national accounts. This is a support role that helps merge the National Sales team with the local Crown Services, Inc. offices. 

Job Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

•         Aggressively seek out new National and Regional accounts through cold-calling, networking, and following up on referrals; calling and emailing potential clients in order to set up face-to-face appointments to meet at the client’s place of business.

•         Coordinate national and regional accounts between multiple offices.

•         Respond to RFP’s, RFQ’s, and all other inquiries.

•         Properly qualify job orders.

•         Properly qualify prospects/clients.

•         Regularly attend internal and external sales meetings.

•         Reporting requirement including CRM management.

•         Support marketing efforts of company/region.

•         Conduct needs analysis of prospective and existing customers.

•         Follow up on qualified national sales leads.

•         Support cross selling efforts and initiatives region and company wide.

•         Represent the organization in a professional manner.

•         Monitor incoming orders and make sure they are fulfilled effectively.

•         Serve as a contact person for customers and internal teams.

•         Ability to review, read, and analyze incoming vendor agreements/contracts.

•         Develop and cultivate relationships with local businesses.

•         Perform other duties as assigned.


•         At least one year of sales or account management experience preferred.

•         Should be sales oriented, results-driven, and possess strong negotiation skills.

•         Previous experience in the recruiting/staffing industry preferred.

•         Highly developed telephone, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.

•         Demonstrated success in obtaining and maintaining accounts.

•         Experience in contract negotiations.

•         Inside sales experience is preferred.

•         Ability to travel about once a month.

•         High School Diploma/GED

•         Valid Driver’s License.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60k-$80k/year
