Crown Staffing is currently seeking multiple DIRECT HIRE Team Leads to fill openings with a company located in Dayton, OH.
Requirements of the Team Lead
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate in the English language
- Successful completion of a substance screening and background check
- Chemical quality background in liquids and powders is preferred.

Shift Available to the Team Lead
- Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities of the Team Lead
–Assign labor based on labor standards, operator qualifications, and machine scheduling priorities
–Clearly communicate safety, quality, and production issues with department managers
– Monitor and maintain the performance of machine and process operations
– Coordinate break schedules and assist with machine operation during breaks
–Ensure all associates are current in their training for assigned processes and all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain training records
–Maintain and record HACCP standards.
– Pull samples of chemicals and run QC testing when necessary
–Document and input information to company systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting, including shift start-up and shut-down information
–Coach and provide effective feedback to associates; resolves conflicts.
–Implement other work assignments within the production department that includes training, technical support and/or process/troubleshooting support
–Adhere to department policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, and environmental health and safety requirements.
–Additional duties as assigned
