We are looking for a professional cook with experience in a large volume service operation.  

Responsibilities
  • General knowledge of meal planning and meal preparation guidelines
  • Specific knowledge of measurements of food and mixtures
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Keep area clean and safe per food regulatory guidelines
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Job Requirements

Requirements
  • 2+ years of cooking experience in a large volume service operation
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Knowledge of necessary regulations and safety standards for a food service environment
