Job Description

 Crown Services in Florence, KY is proud to accept applications for a dynamic opportunity in the fight against Covid-19 in the Northern Kentucky Region.

The Social Support Connector will utilize a web-based Client Resource Management (CRM) platform to coordinate services needed by any Covid-19 positive cases and contacts of anyone diagnosed with Covid-19. Social Support Connectors will directly support the local NKY Health Department and the Ky Department of Public Health to ensure the well being of isolated and quarantined individuals and their families. Experience in Social Work or Public Health is preferred.

This full-time opportunity is on a rotating shift. The position is work-from-home with some travel required within the NKY area. Staggered shifts are assigned between 7am and 7pm, Sunday through Saturday. This is a temporary job that could last 6 to 12-months.


Job Requirements

Typical work activities include:

  • Coordinating grocery and prescription delivery.
  • Locating resources.
  • Managing referrals in the local area.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Proficiency with computers. 
  • Familiarity with the community and/or region in which the connector is hired is preferred. 
  • Must be able to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required and the ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals during a time of crisis and distress. 
  • Ability to show empathy to distressed individuals.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
