Crown Services is looking for Customer Service representatives for a Client in Frankfort, Kentucky

Pay is $11.00 an hour Monday through Friday.

The client will train in-house from 3 to 4 weeks then the position will be working from home.

Associates will be required to have internet or access to the internet.

Customer Service Representatives

Helping in Data Entry as well as everything listed below.

Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
