Job Description

Crown Services Healthcare has available Customer Services Representative positions in the Downtown Louisville area. These are full-time positions, with a Monday- Friday schedule, working 8 hour days. Some flexibility is required and must be able to work between the hours of 8 am-6 pm . Pay rates are based on experience with a minimum of 15/hr. Interested candidates should be comfortable with traveling approx one day a week with mileage reimbursement.

Job Requirements

Duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to *Answer, screen, and triage phone calls. *Provide prompt, courteous service to all clients and vendors. *Train a team of collectors located at various medical offices. *Serve as a backup collector for clients on an as-needed basis. *Identify urgent and critical issues that require escalation to the Client Services Manager. *Assist the Client Services team with the onboarding of new medical offices. *Prepare, package, and ship materials. *Maintain logs and transport packages to UPS, as needed. *Help clients and the department manage supply inventory. *Serve as a liaison to clients for information required to analyze specimens, resolve discrepant samples, and/ or client information.
