This opening is full-time at our corporate headquarters, providing support to all of our field offices. The Director of Healthcare Sales supports the local offices with growing and maintaining their Healthcare business.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties include:

  • Develop and execute a growth plan for the healthcare division, including expanding current business and evaluating other markets for opportunities.

  • Partner with managers and sales representatives to develop sales strategies and grow contacts in their territories, including visiting offices and participating in sales calls and meetings as needed.

  • Seek out and cultivate regional and national healthcare contacts and business opportunities.

  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs and other inquiries related to healthcare business

  • Develop training programs and tools to educate managers and sales representatives on healthcare sales.

  • Support marketing efforts and provide input and guidance in the creation of healthcare marketing materials or initiatives.

  • Stay informed of any federal/state/local laws or regulations regarding healthcare staffing and communicate changes to the offices.

  • Stay informed of new trends or technologies within the healthcare industry

  • Participate in the screening and hiring process for healthcare managers and sales representatives.

  • Other duties as assigned


  • At least three years of sales experience in a competitive sales environment

  • Previous experience in healthcare business development

  • Previous experience in the recruiting/staffing industry is strongly preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Previous experience leading a team and/or coaching in sales

  • Must be sales oriented, sales-driven, and possess strong negotiation skills

  • Highly developed telephone, customer services, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Demonstrated success in obtaining and maintaining accounts
