Crown Services Healthcare is looking to add compassionate and driven Nurses to be apart of our TEAM! We have both Full time and part-time positions available at a private senior living community in the heart of the Highlands. This is a direct-hire position with the opportunity for employee benefits. 

As a Licensed Practical Nurse you will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of patients. You will also provide on-site training and mentorship to the caregivers working under your daily supervision.


Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled residents

Comply with current patient treatment plans initiated by the physician

Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior promptly for assessment and treatment

Communicate with LTC facility physicians or specialists regarding patient care

Educate CNA's about health maintenance and disease prevention

Facilitate appointments, PT and OT for residents

Maintain accurate patient medical records daily

Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members


Fulltime 3:00pm-11:00pm (5 days a week)

Part-time 11:00am-7:00pm (2 days a week)

Part-time 3:00pm- 11:00pm (1 day a week + 1 weekend day)

Must possess an Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing and a valid Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing or a Nursing Board in the 'Compact State Agreement'.

Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields preferred but not required

Familiarity with medical software and equipment

Ability to build rapport with patients

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Licensed Practical Nurses will work in a collaborative environment to provide treatment, support, and care to all residents. All services are at the highest standard of professional practice, complying with standards by both federal and state regulations along with facility policy.
