Must have VALID drivers license

Looking for someone who has experience with riding lawn mowers, using power tools such as a weed trimmer, leaf blower, hedge shears. 

If it is raining and its spring/summer the supervisor makes that call if you will work or not.

Must dress for the weather and always have jeans and t-shirt must wear boots due to using power tools

Must be able to pass a background check

*No theft or battery convictions*

Must beable to pass drug screen 

Job Requirements

  • Continue in the development of a comprehensive roofing program that will incorporate strategies that will extend the life of roofing assets
  • Providing technical assistance for technical questions presented by roofing applicators
  • Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations
  • Develop, and assist with performance reviews of roofing personnel under direct supervision
  • Keep up to date with new safety laws
  • Plan out jobs and work according to roofing specifications
  • Follow up accidents and investigate causes
  • Perform roof inspections, roof evaluations and provide roofing solutions to customer's needs
  • Ensure all small tools, safety and roofing equipment along with company provided vehicle
  • Searching for an experienced commercial roofing Superintendent for a 36 year old company
  • Apply alternate layers of hot asphalt or tar and roofing paper until roof covering be as specified
  • Fasten down rubber roofing Cut pieces of roofing and EPDM Layout adhesive
  • Oversee department field staff operations, safety, quality and job production
  • Installing insulation Laying EPDM Fastening down rubber roofing
  • Verify all tools, equipment, and materials needed for the day's job
  • Increase personal effectiveness and level of contribution in the areas of leadership, supervision, and roofing technology
  • Utilize data to monitor trends and provide analysis to eliminate/reduce roofing issues with a cradle to grave approach
  • Bringing extensive roofing industry expertise/knowledge in a collaborative and innovative team environment to promote and advise best practice roofing applications as relate to the development of PV
  • Handle such as unloading roofing materials and ensuring that material and equipment is lifted onto the floor by using pulleys and ladders
  • Complete roofing projects within or below estimated man hours and material totals while holding to Simon Roofing safety and quality standards
