Crown Services Healthcare has LPN opportunities available at one of our Long Term Care facilities in the heart of Louisville, Ky.

As an LPN in a Long Term Care Facility, you have the opportunity to monitor residents, develop patient care plans, implement treatments and provide guidance to both the support staff as well as the residents themselves. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care with compassion and in a manner that respects the resident's dignity and privacy.

Job Requirements

  • Observe patients and nursing care
  • Providing licensed nursing care to residents
  • Render nursing care to residents
  • Provide direct skilled nursing care
