Job Description

Crown Services is searching for a hard working and dedicated On-Site Staffing Coordinator for a leading manufacturer specializing in pressure injury prevention. For the last 30 years they have provided solutions and education services that meet the needs of patients, clinicians, and healthcare teams. 

Hours 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay: Based on previous experience 


  • Fill all staffing needs and keep a pool of qualified candidates on standby

  • Greet applicants/visitors that are interested in employment 

  • Process paperwork such as Direct Deposit and pay card forms.

  • Conduct pre-orientations and training on policies, attendance, performance, etc. 

  • Assist with time-keeping records, call offs/absences, worker compensation reports, invoicing, and OSHA logs, if needed.

  • Recruit & Interview candidates including the pre-screening process which may include drug-testing, background check, E-verify, Orientations, etc.

  • Work effectively and create relationships with EHOB’s team

  • Data record tracking and keeping for all associates

  • Walk the floor to monitor employees and address any issues or concerns

  • Continuous training to field associates on safety, policies and procedures 

  • Attend safety and production meetings to help train and prepare for staffing needs


  • 1-2 year previous experience recruiting 

  • Organized 

  • Great communication skills 

  • Self starter/motivated  

  • On-site experience is a plus

  • Bilingual is a plus
