As a Quality Engineer you can expect to:
-Complete weekly/monthly reports, returns and warranty issues
-Maintain an open dialog with the clients concerning field failures
-Conduct analysis and report back to the customers and R&D of those findings
-Respond to inquiries of field failure historic data and trend
-Monitor the GM GART system for any claims or anomalies.
Requirements:
- Strong computer and Excel skills
- Strong charting capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Manufacturing background
