Partner with department leads and HR Generalist to determine staffing needs at the corporate office and field offices
Post professional job ads and manage job boards
Maintain continuous search efforts for outstanding candidates in sales, management, and corporate level positions
Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administer appropriate company assessments
Perform reference and background checks
Making hiring recommendations to Department Leads/Managers
Coordinate and participate in interviews with the Department Leads/Managers
Maintain consistent, courteous contact with candidates
Build and maintain relationships with a focus on recruiting, including contacting local schools and joining networking groups
Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Perform other HR related duties as needed
Qualifications
3 or more years of recruiting experience
Ability to research and recruit networking opportunities across our footprint
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Great written and verbal communication skills
Experience with sourcing technologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites
Engaging personality with ability to cultivate strong relationships
Able to work proactively and independently
Familiarity with job boards and recruitment tools on social media
General HR knowledge preferred
Satisfactory results on background and drug screening
