Job Description


  • Partner with department leads and HR Generalist to determine staffing needs at the corporate office and field offices

  • Post professional job ads and manage job boards

  • Maintain continuous search efforts for outstanding candidates in sales, management, and corporate level positions

  • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates

  • Administer appropriate company assessments 

  • Perform reference and background checks

  • Making hiring recommendations to Department Leads/Managers

  • Coordinate and participate in interviews with the Department Leads/Managers

  • Maintain consistent, courteous contact with candidates

  • Build and maintain relationships with a focus on recruiting, including contacting local schools and joining networking groups

  • Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process

  • Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

  • Perform other HR related duties as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of recruiting experience 

  • Ability to research and recruit networking opportunities across our footprint

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Great written and verbal communication skills 

  • Experience with sourcing technologies 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites

  • Engaging personality with ability to cultivate strong relationships

  • Able to work proactively and independently 

  • Familiarity with job boards and recruitment tools on social media

  • General HR knowledge preferred

  • Satisfactory results on background and drug screening
