  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
  • Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
  • Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records
  • Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members


  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Candidates will need to be available to work a night schedule of 3 12-hour shifts 6P-6A . LPN compensation ranges between $21.00-$25.00 depending on experience. RN compensation ranges between $27.00-$31.00 depending on experience.

Job Requirements:

LPN's and RN's will work in a collaborative environment to provide treatment, support and care to patients. All services are at the highest standard of professional practice, complying with standards by both federal and state regulations along with facility policy.

Must possess an Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing and a valid Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse license issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing or a Nursing Board in the "Compact State Agreement".
