** A company is Milwaukee is looking for a Sales Person in the Electronics field - must have experience in a manufacturing market !! **
Develop an overall strategic sales plan, set goals, and implement process to meet our clients manufacturing needs
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Create, plan, and deliver consultative presentations on the company’s services
Identify and articulate customer requirements based on Request for Quotation (RFQs), drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and bills of material
Listen and understand customers' business needs and participate in solution development and communicate solutions
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points, prepare quotations and coordinate technical support in a timely manner
Track all sales activities in company, keep current by updating account information regularly
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Coordinate and participate in company promotional activities and marketing events
Proven ability to partner and coordinate with supply chain vendors
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure that clients receive best in class service in every interaction
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of direct sales experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and large audiences
Proven track record of developing new business & markets
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Strong negotiation skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills with a winning attitude
Knowledgeable in modern sales techniques and planning
Able to work with ERP software/ CRM systems
Highly self-motivated with experience and comfort working at startup velocity
Engineering or technical job experience, a plus
