Depending on the company, we place people in full-time and part-time positions. These positions may be temporary to assist with increase in seasonal work or to cover vacations/extended time off. However, these positions may lead to a permanent position. We also place people permanently in full-time and part-time positions.

Our client companies send us job requests. We match the best applicants for the job requirements. When you are a match and the client company agrees, we will call you to see if you are available to work. If you accept the assignment, we will provide you with all the information you need. Once you complete the job assignment, contact your Crown Staffing representative to be placed back on our list of available workers to be considered for future assignments.

No. It is always your choice. Once you accept an assignment, we and our client company depend on you to complete it.

Assignments can last from a few days to weeks to months. We will let you know the approximate length of the assignment before you accept it to make sure your availability is a match.

A temporary job assignment allows you to earn a paycheck while you explore career fields, gain new skills or if you need additional money. Contacts you make on a temporary assignment can lead to a fulltime position.

It depends on a variety of factors including your availability, how often you would like to work, how in demand your skills are, and if we have jobs available for your skill set.
