Carpet cleaning technician needed for an established company in North Kansas City MO

Job Requirements

6 months to a year previous carpet cleaning experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
Maintain equipment in a clean and organized manner
Perform carpet cleaning duties
Must pass a background check
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Must be able to learn fast and work well in a team environment
This position does require you to work a rotating on-call schedule

Provide excellent carpet and upholstery cleaning
Worn for cleaning with certain cleaning chemicals
Restoring carpet at multi-family properties
Complete finish work after cleaning and other cleaning services
Informing customers about and selling additional retail carpet cleaning products and services
Pass a drug and background test
Specialize in the cleaning and maintenance of carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, hardwood and area rugs in multi-family communities
Perform cleaning of products and components in accordance to work instruction
Perform terminal cleaning and daily housekeeping utilizing various cleaning and disinfecting agents
Performing initial detailing, and assisting a Carpet Cleaning Technician with carpet cleaning
Assist carpet cleaners with pre-cleaning, spot treatments, vacuuming and pulling hoses
Performing initial detailing, and assisting a Carpet Cleaning Technician with carpet cleaning including loading and unloading of vehicles and operating vacuums
Maintaining inventory, distributing supplies, as well as performing the duties and responsibilities of the Housekeeper B, while demonstrating expertise in the area of carpet cleaning and carpet
Inform customers about and sell cleaning products and services
Return all cleaning tools and cleaning agents, hoses, chemicals
Uphold all company safety policies
Inform customers about and sell retail carpet cleaningproducts
Upholding all company policies and procedures
