Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire an Outside Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales plan to drive company revenue. Experience in the Staffing industry is preferred. This a service oriented sales position that will require relationship building and patience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate sales activities
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for sales and marketing
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on individual performance, and new client information and orders
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients on a weekly, and monthly basis
  • Consistently add new clients and orders

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outside, inside, email and B2B sales.
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, SalesForce.
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
