Job Description


We are looking for a cheerfull and friendly that Identifies client's needs and recruits quality individuals and places them in Temporary, Temp to Hire and Direct Hire positions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop great partnerships with our clients and employees by providing excellent communication, prompt, efficient, and cordial service. Identify recruiting sources, network and develop contacts with cultural organizations and other groups.

  • Post ads, search and review resumes, and pre-screen applicants over the phone.

  • Reach or exceed client and applicant expectations for branch through personal efforts and managing a "results-oriented" team

  • Interviewing, screening, and assigning employees to meet client needs.

  • Treat all applicants with respect, integrity, and professionalism

  • Develop a positive attitude and a "loyalty to company" attitude for self as well as communication with fellow staff, clients, and temporary employees.

  • Answer incoming calls in a positive, professional manner.

  • Organize, help with administration duties.

  • Set up assessments test for applicants.

  • Process drug screening and background checks

  • Front coverage of front desk at all available times and greet all walk-ins

  • Process Weekly Payroll.

  • Various duties will be assigned as necessary

  • Generate leads through prospective client contact (via phone and email).

  • Assist with hiring events to recruit new applicants.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Human Resources or Staffing - Recruiting experience is a plus

  • Must be self-starter (required minimal supervision), very organized and detail oriented.

  • Must have the ability of flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities.

  • Oral and written communications are clear, concise, organized, and professional

  • Must be a proficient communicator and listener.

  • Must present professional and clean image through work attire.

  • Needs to have excellent relationship-building skills.

  • Must be computer literate with high level of proficiency in all Microsoft Applications.

  • Must have the ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • Make staffing changes within the staffing/scheduling system
  • Responding to candidates for temporary staffing positions
  • Perform staffing functions to maintain accurate employee staffing/scheduling information
  • Interviewing applicants for client staffing needs
  • Monitor staffing needs and project future staffing levels
  • Call regarding staffing/scheduling functions
  • Manage the recruiting and staffing needs
  • Managing ongoing client staffing process
  • Conduct interviews with qualified applicants/candidates
  • Complete weekly staffing and recruitment reports
  • Prepare staffing employee paperwork and client billing
  • Call regarding staffing and scheduling functions
  • Received in the staffing office
  • Qualify and match ideal candidates with client staffing needs
  • Submit reports on staffing operations
  • Discuss open positions with job candidates
  • Supporting staffing requests and support duties to the local staffing team
  • Verify staffing schedules for the nursing departments
  • Provide staffing reports to administration
  • Coordinate weekly staffing schedules for Operations Support employees and reallocate staffing
