Job Requirements

This position represents the values of Trinity to every customer that it interacts with. This

includes both External Customers including vendors and Internal Customers

- Coordinate the inbounding of all materials received ensuring all Trinity SOP’s are followed,

Purchase Orders are reconciled, and proper communication is made to all internal customers

- Coordinate the daily shipments ensuring prompt and accurate communication and

documentation Per Trinity SOP’s

- Coordinate the reception of all visitors ensuring the proper communication is made to all

relevant parties (vendors, customers, salespersons, etc.)

- Manage and report drivers Check In and Out status. Providing operators of time stamps toward

our goals for truck turnarounds (Also reports truck turn times weekly to management).

- Print Truck Driver paperwork including permits when requested

- Assist in directing shipping personnel to prepare for fab and shipping needs daily

- Assist with locating/tracking pieces to fill all outbound load releases

- Assist Purchasing with gathering coupons and Coil information

- Manage and review cutting and repair paperwork resolving any errors that may be found.

- Review data from Spider Grinders and Bevel Stations and input updates and corrections into

Barcode System daily to ensure accuracy

- Verify all materials shipped match the Loader Sheets for all shipments

- Manage the collection and storage (paper and electronic) for all departments
