We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator in our Joliet, IL market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between our customer and our employees.
  • Ensure that client requirements and staffing needs are met while delivering high quality service to the customer and employees
  • Recruit, evaluate, and initiate orientation activities as needed
  • Social Media and Job Board posting and monitoring
  • Ability to answer frequent questions regarding payroll, direct deposit, health benefits, scheduling, etc
